“Asha”, translated from its Indian and African origins means “life” and “hope”. I am 6 credits away from my master degree in Accounts. I have over 15 years of teaching at the secondary level and 6 years at the tertiary level. I teach Accounts at all levels and teach Economics at both CAPE, CSEC level and GCE A level. I am knowledge in my field and is regrded as one of the best in the business.

I have a passion for teaching mathematics because it gives me a great sense of purpose when my students go from hating Mathematics because it is complicated to loving it because they understand the purpose or once complicated topics have become super easy. I have worked with students from 9 years old to adults up to age 50. I have also worked online with students outside of Jamaica and have enjoyed the range of cultural backgrounds and wide ranging age groups.
