I love to see how a young person blossoms, therefore successful programmes need to be tailored accordingly - this is done by addressing the individual gaps, so that links can laid. Constructive feedback and an overview of individual progression, making language tangible. Students all learn differently; differentiation and adapting material to their learning styles is essential.
I have a strong work ethic and I respond well to challenges and seeing how I can overcome them or should I say seeing how my student overcomes them. I have a hands-on approach with rapport being one of my highest priorities, as I believe the relationship is the most important aspect when teaching.
